WE ARE OPEN!

As we face the uncertainty of the evolving Coronavirus outbreak, the safety and well-being of our team, partners, customers and the communities in which we live, and work is our top priority. We want to update you on how we at Kenneth Axt Painting are responding to the concerns of Covid-19.

We are practicing social distancing for the safety of our clients, staff & teams.

We have adopted the following procedures.

Painting Estimators

Ken and David Axt will observe the protocol for social distancing and are wearing masks where it is appropriate when conducting painting estimates.

All interior painting estimates are conducted with masks on.

Exterior painting estimates can be completed routinely without direct contact with the homeowner. Should a homeowner request to meet the exterior painting estimator, he has been provided with a mask and will employ appropriate social distancing.

Interior Painters

All interior painters are wearing masks on entry & set up as well as when speaking with a homeowner. They are using hand sanitizers and will wipe all door knobs. Paint crews will employ social distancing practices.

Exterior Painters

Exterior painters are wearing masks where appropriate for the safety of our customers and our teams. Social distancing among the paint crews and customers will be employed. The paint crew will sanitize door knobs.

To Our Customers

Homeowners are asked to use their garage door as their entry and exit door for additional precautions. Should a customer need to communicate with the on-site paint crew we ask that the customer call our office at 770-928-8700 so that we can relay a message and minimize interpersonal contact.

Our Office

Our office remains open to continue to serve the needs of our customers. However, all staff and crews have been asked to limit their contacts, on a personal basis, outside of work and to practice social distancing at all times. The office is closed to all foot traffic outside of essential staff.
